1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or a refund. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing us with:
- Your order number.
- Photos clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns and Exchanges
As all products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the conditions above.
3. Order Issues Due to Address Errors
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- Refunds will only cover the production costs, excluding shipping fees.
- Customers can request a reshipment after confirming the correct address, but additional shipping fees may apply.
4. Lost or Delayed Orders
- For orders lost in transit, we will review the shipping details. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- For delayed orders, please contact us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
5. How to Submit a Refund or Return Request
To initiate a claim, please email contact@sectorx.shop with the subject line “Refund/Return Request” and include:
- Order details (e.g., order number, purchase date).
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Supporting documentation, such as photos, if applicable.
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
6. Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Products that are no longer within the 30-day eligibility period.

SectorX reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
